- A medium version appears in the second season of the show.
- A Christmas version adds elements, similar to the Yo Gabba Gabba! Christmas special and concert.
- A short version appears at the start of the episodes during The Aquabats Super Kickstarter campaign.
- An instrumental version was seen during the credits and endscreen of the show. It was also played over a clip of The MC Bat Commander reminding the viewers to subscribe to the Aquabats YouTube channel, only to be attacked by a monster, played by an unknown actor. In the second, third and fourth episodes of The Aquabats RadVentures, the theme was replaced by different music. In both versions of the Pajamazon video and the No One Wants to Party lyric video to promote the Kooky Spooky album originally set to be released on June 20, 2020 before being delayed to August 21 due to the midst of the international George Floyd protests, the clip was extended. In the fifth episode of The Aquabats RadVentures, the Commander tells the viewers to watch a video about himself teaming up with the Ninja Kidz to fight a Yeti in the mountains.
